September 17 is Constitution Day and Citizenship Day!
September 17 is , commemorating the formation and signing of the by thirty-nine brave men on September 17, 1787. It recognizes all who, born in the United States or by naturalization, have become citizens. In 2004, under Senator Robert Byrd鈥檚 urging, Congress changed the designation of this day to 鈥淐onstitution Day and Citizenship Day.鈥
